Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after analytics is accepted. It does not load if analytics is rejected and it does not load if the NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID variable is missing.
When active, GA4 may use first-party analytics cookies to distinguish users and maintain session state. The suffix of the _ga_<container-id> cookie depends on the configured measurement ID.

Google Consent Mode
Before acceptance, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied. After analytics is accepted, only analytics_storage becomes granted; advertising options remain denied.
Consent Mode helps apply the technical preference, but it does not replace the request for consent.
Accept, reject and change preferences
Accept and Reject are available with equal ease. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website.
The preference can be changed from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Deleting storage from the browser
In addition to using the preferences link, each browser allows cookies and local storage to be deleted from its privacy or site data settings. If deleted, the website may ask for the preference again.
